Job Description

The Regulatory and Fulfillment Support Officer is responsible for the timely submission and accurate review of BSP cases, customer screenings, and Regulatory reports for CBG Digital. He/She is expected to learn and understand CBG Digital products and production issues related to the platforms. He/she will also handle BSP cases as assigned and is expected to provide resolutions to BSP complaints. The Regulatory and Fulfillment Officer is also expected to manage the regulatory and training requirements and administrative tasks for CX-SFU. He/She is counted on to provide high level of service without compromising the Bank’s policies and standards. Duties and Responsibilities:Handle BSP cases, customer screenings, regulatory reports while following established service standards, policies, procedures.Ensure complete accurate reports.Ensure Training materials, Trackers, SOPs, Compliance Reports BSP complaint responses are correct complete.Timely handling resolution of BSP Cases, customer screenings, CAMS report other critical processes are conducted.Timely preparation roll out of SOPs, Quick Reference Guide Product System Training as needed by internal units.Ensure that set individual productivity targets/goals are met.Observe strict adherence to work-shift schedule break schedule scheduled leaves ensure maximum productivity at all times.Readiness cross trained assist other units bank may be deemed necessary based operational need.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree graduate preferably business course relatedAt least 5 years of relevant experience in a banking or financial service-oriented company/industryBackground in preparing Compliance AML KYC Bank Operations Digital Banking advantageMust be willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
