In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our product initiatives and investments. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure that our data pipelines are efficient and scalable. You will drive continuous improvement and implement new AI-driven solutions to drive productivity and improve quality within the Product Management organization.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Data Collection and Management:Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.Maintain data repositories and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.Data Analysis and Interpretation:Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Utilize advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business problems.AI and Machine Learning:Train and deploy machine learning models to enhance data-driven decision-making.Implement AI algorithms for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and other applications.Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Tool and Technology Proficiency:Employ data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Manage and optimize data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data infrastructure.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide relevant solutions.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders and decision-makers.Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing and future reference.Continuous Improvement:Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, analytics, and AI.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Contribute to the development of data governance policies and standards.Qualifications/RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience:Experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role with a focus on AI and machine learning.Strong portfolio of projects demonstrating data analysis, visualization, and/or AI model development.Technical Skills:Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet).Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired CharacteristicsKnowledge of deep learning techniques and neural networks is a plus.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications is beneficial.The base pay range for this position is $79,400-$119,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
