The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organizing large-scale corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, and brand activations, ensuring each event aligns with the institute’s standards and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage events such as graduation ceremonies, corporate partnerships, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.Develop event concepts, budgets, and timelines while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.Oversee event logistics including venue setup, audio-visual arrangements, guest management, and post-event reporting.Manage event marketing, communication materials, and social media promotions in coordination with the marketing team.Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports with feedback and improvement suggestions.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure professional standards.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in handling events for a corporate company (mandatory).Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
