Our enterprise client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week, 3 -6 month assignment with the potential to become ongoing. Candidates need to be comfortable working from 9am - 6pm EST and be flexible to work longer depending on business needs. Candidates must reside within an hour from these locations to be considered: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Tysons, Washington D.C.This is a hybrid work arrangement (at local office on Day 1 and as required by business needs)As a graphic designer, you are a creative professional with a drive for problem-solving and a passion to deliver design excellence. You'll liaise with internal clients to understand their vision and work with our cross-disciplinary creative team members to develop dynamic design solutions. You'll successfully convey the internal client's story or idea and confidently incorporate the brand. You must have proven experience in design support for Government work.This role will include designing proposals, presentations, graphics and other deliverables related to business development work in the Federal, state and local government sectors. Some experience designing marketing materials will be helpful.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline or equivalent experience Creative digital portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design skills. Needs to showcase ability to work in PowerPoint and/or Word. 3+ years of related experience as a graphic designer Ability to design clear and visually compelling proposals, presentations and campaigns Versatile, flexible, and confident communication skills, active listening and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers and team members Ability to leverage brand guidelines to develop a range of creative initiatives while utilizing various procedures and processes Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of firm brand, strategy and standards Sound business acumen to adapt while working alongside client-serving professionals Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and milestones, and deliver desirable solutions within time frame and budget Technical understanding of digital media and print design in-house and with vendors Ability to proactively engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables aligned with business needs Problem-solving skills to identify, resolve and overcome obstacles Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiatives Strong sense of design working in MS PowerPoint, Word and Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Experience or ability to learn Adobe Workfront Experience working on a PC platform Proficiency in creating compelling and interactive design solutions in PowerPoint Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint) Experience with Figma, Sketch, Mural or Miro is preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
