Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager located in Phnom Penh. The HR & Admin Manager will oversee and manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with local employment laws. The role will also involve administrative tasks such as managing office operations, ensuring company policies are up-to-date, and maintaining smooth communication within the organization. The HR & Admin Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing workplace efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relationsStrong administrative and organizational skills, including office management and policy developmentKnowledge of local labor laws and regulations, along with attention to detail in maintaining complianceProficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplaceLeadership abilities, team management experience, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or HR management systems, is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
