What You Will Do:- Recruitment & Employer BrandingPost job openings on various platforms and screen applications.Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.Support internal and external branding efforts (e.g., job fairs, social media posts).- Performance & DevelopmentTracking store and employee performance data for incentive and evaluation purposes.Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly performance reports.Support the implementation of employee benefits and performance-based rewards.Help coordinate recognition programs, incentives, and performance review schedules.- HR OperationsAssist with onboarding documentation and orientation for new hires.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.Help monitor attendance and leave records.Support compliance with attendance policies and procedures.What You Should HavePursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Eager to learn and take initiative
