ELT prioritizes people capability development as a key driver for business growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site for a Human Resources Supervisor. The role involves overseeing HR management processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and managing employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. The supervisor will also be responsible for implementing performance management systems, supporting staff development initiatives, and assisting in the formulation of HR strategies and policies to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementExperience in Employee Relations and handling workplace dynamics effectivelyProficiency in Performance Management and establishing goal-setting proceduresUnderstanding and application of HR Policies and regulatory complianceProven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCompansation and Benifit Recruitment Experience in the education industry is a plus
