Focus: Ensuring seamless HR operations while directly addressing employee concerns and supporting operational trainingKey Responsibilities:HR Operations ManagementOversee daily HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with company policies.Ensure HR processes run smoothly, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.Employee Relations & Ground-Level SupportServe as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and feedback.Actively engage with staff at all levels to understand operational challenges and ground-level issues.Mediate and resolve workplace issues fairly, fostering a positive work environment.Operational Training & DevelopmentDevelop and conduct pocket training sessions for operations teams to enhance efficiency, compliance, and skill development.Create easy-to-understand training materials and guides for day-to-day operational tasks.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, ensuring employees are confident in applying new skills.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with department heads and team leads to address workforce concerns and operational improvements.Generate HR and operational reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.Ensure alignment between HR policies, training programs, and operational needs.Ground-Level Focus:Maintain a strong connection with employees to understand real challenges on the floor.Implement actionable solutions that improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.Bridge the gap between HR policies and day-to-day operational realities.
