Job Title: Virtual Recruiter (Part-Time) Location: Remote Compensation: $4/hourPosition OverviewJL Closets is seeking a Part-Time Virtual Recruiter to help scale our growing team by sourcing, engaging, and coordinating top talent across various roles. This remote position is perfect for a self-motivated recruiter with experience in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and be instrumental in maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesSource Talent: Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals.Screen Applicants: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain Candidate Communication: Ensure candidates have a positive experience by keeping them informed and engaged.Support Offers and Onboarding: Assist in preparing and sending job offers and help guide new hires through onboarding steps.Track Progress: Maintain organized records of recruitment activity and report on key metrics.Build Relationships: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies.QualificationsPrior recruiting experience (in-house or agency preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsMust have full access to LinkedIn Recruiter and use it actively for sourcingComfortable working independently in a remote settingAble to manage multiple roles and priorities with minimal supervisionActive LinkedIn profile for job posting and outreachSkills & AttributesProactive and self-drivenDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughFriendly, professional, and responsive communicatorAdaptable to shifting priorities and time zonesCollaborative mindset with a desire to improve processesAbout JL ClosetsBased in Boca Raton, FL, JL Closets is a leader in high-end custom closet and storage solutions.
