OverviewThis position is mainly responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing performance appraisals of regular employees.About The Role Performance Appraisal AdministrationDesign and calibrate Performance Appraisal Forms (PAFs)Draft or revise performance appraisal forms, as necessaryMonitors the conduct of annual performance appraisal of employees and consolidate the accomplished PAFsPerforms review and validation and computes overall rating rating of employee PAFs Record Keeping and Reports GenerationMaintains and updates the Performance Appraisal Inventory ReportList possible performance gap findings based on the reviewed PAFsSubmit these findings alongside possible recommendations or suggestions Workplace Learning and Support FunctionsIdentify technical or behavioral competencies for employee improvement based on the reviewed PAFsConsolidate recommended or required trainingsArrange training recommendations and submits the report to the HR ManagerProvide support and assistance in the preparation of trainings and in processing training requestsMinimum QualificationsTo be a successful candidate, you should have….Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Behavioral Science or any IT related courseAt least two (2) years of relevant work experienceKnowledge in data analyticsIntermediate or advanced Excel skillsExperienced in PowerpointKeen attention to detailStrong analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills
