Be part of CIBI Information Inc., a purpose-driven company at the forefront of enabling better credit decisions in the Philippines and beyond.About the role:The Learning and Development Manager leads the strategic development and implementation of initiatives focused on culture building, employee engagement, and development, as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. This role ensures that these strategies are closely aligned with the organization’s mission and values, fostering a positive work environment, a culture of high performing organisation and promoting sustainable and responsible practices.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Learning and DevelopmentRole: Oversee and enhance employee learning and development programs to support career growth and organizational success.Key Activities:Build CIBI’s Learning AcademyDevelop and implement training and development programs tailored to team and organizational needs.Identify skill gaps and collaborate with managers to provide relevant training opportunities.Manage leadership development programs to build future leaders within the company.KPIs and Metrics:Training effectivity rate: Monitor participation and completion rates of training programs along with improvement in the pre and post training assessment, improvement in business outcomes linked to the trainingCareer Progression Rates: Track promotions and career advancements including succession planning within the organization.Skills Gap Reduction: Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs in closing identified skills gaps.2. Performance Management Role: Manage the development and implementation of the organization's performance management process, provides resources to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance reviews.Key Activities:Manage the tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) of all employees including the Personal Developmental ProgramMonitor the compliance on performance evaluations and discussions during probation and periodic appraisalsCollaborate with managers to develop programs and support for employees on performance improvement plans, ensuring a constructive and developmental approach.KPIs and Metrics:Ensure 100% timely compliance on signed KPIs submission, performance evaluations/discussions, PIP, and PDP.3. Culture BuildingRole: Shape and maintain a high performing, inclusive and positive organizational culture aligned with company values and mission.Key Activities:Develop and implement culture programs and initiatives that reflect organizational values.Promote inclusivity, diversity, and a sense of belonging throughout the company.Collaborate with leadership to integrate cultural values into business and people processes and practices.KPIs and Metrics:Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS): Assess overall employee satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the company as a great place to work.Employee Retention Rates: Track turnover rates and conduct exit interviews to assess cultural and business impact.Diversity and Inclusion Metrics: Measure the effectiveness of diversity initiatives through workforce composition and feedback.4. Employee EngagementRole: Enhance employee engagement through strategies that boost morale, motivation, well-being and productivity.Key Activities:Design and manage engagement programs such as recognition, internal thematic events, town halls and feedback mechanisms.Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans based on feedback.Foster cross-departmental connections and team-building activities.KPIs and Metrics:Participation Rates: Measure employee involvement in engagement activities and programs, including surveysEngagement survey results5. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)Role: Lead and integrate ESG initiatives into the company’s operations and culture.Key Activities:Develop and implement ESG strategies and projects that align with corporate goals.Promote sustainability and socially responsible practices within the company.Report on ESG performance and communicate results to stakeholders.KPIs and Metrics:ESG Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to ESG standards and track compliance metrics.Social Impact Metrics: Evaluate the impact of social initiatives, including community engagement.6. Employee CommunicationsRole: Develop and implement internal communication strategies.Key Activities:Create and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans that ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across various channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, videos, email communications, and other relevant platforms. KPIs and Metrics:Weekly Update of all company communication portals such as LinkedIn, FB, IG, HRMS, company website, and the likes.Job Specifications:Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Education.Over 10 years of relevant experience in HR, training, organizational development, or employee engagement.Expert in MS Office, HRMS, editing applications, and social media communication portals.Strong Knowledge of learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.Excellent in written and spoken English. Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and cultivate strong professional relationships.Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify key trends, and generate comprehensive reports.Understands various employee engagement initiatives and their potential impact on organizational culture.Exhibits flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and works collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
