职位概述我们正在寻找一名人力资源专员(招聘主要方向),支持人力资源相关项目和人才招聘工作,重点关注欧洲业务的招聘。该岗位将与 HR 团队及欧洲各地办公室紧密合作。此职位适合对招聘充满热情、希望在国际化 HR 环境中成长,并有志成为专业招聘顾问。候选人将负责招聘需求的发现,协调欧洲各国的招聘需求,管理完整的招聘全流程,并具备同时处理多个紧急任务的能力。岗位主要职责:1.招聘(欧洲业务为主)管理和支持欧洲岗位的完整招聘流程,包括职位发布、人才发现与需求分析、简历筛选、面试协调、反馈收集以及谈薪、 offer 准备与发放与各国业务管理者及办公室主任协调沟通,发现招聘需求并确保招聘流程高效顺畅协调欧洲各国家的招聘需求和资源配置,确保跨地区招聘计划顺利推进建立并维护候选人库,通过 LinkedIn、招聘网站、内部推荐等渠道获取人才维护招聘数据与报告,确保遵守公司政策及当地法规定期维护招聘预算及使用和调配情况,本着降本增效原则,合理使用外部招聘渠道资源2.HR 项目参与 HR 项目,如入职流程优化、员工体验提升、EAP及人才市场分析等协助建立和本地化欧洲区域的 HR 实践,包括政策本地化及流程优化支持 HR 数据分析,并协助准备不同面向的书面报告和审批材料参与临时性 HR 项目和跨部门合作项目不同办公室的文化类活动及项目,员工关怀及优化案例实践3.HR 运营支持新员工入职、培训协调及 HR 文件管理协助维护 HRIS 系统中的员工信息与欧洲各地办公室管理团队协作处理 HR 行政相关事务岗位要求:1–3 年 HR、招聘或相关领域工作经验有海外留学或生活背景,本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、商科或相关专业优先对招聘和国际化 HR 管理充满兴趣,尤其是欧洲业务。有国际业务招聘经验优先熟练的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语),雅思7分或同等水平,掌握其他欧洲语言者优先能够同时处理多任务(multi-tasking),具备良好的协调能力和责任心注重细节,能够在快节奏、多文化环境中高效工作XPENG offers:An interesting, unique and very varied job at XPENGA job with an incredibly large contact surface both internally and externallyAn attractive salary package incl. pension and with the possibility of a bonusTo be involved in the growth of an existing EV brand in EuropeNext steps:To comply with GDPR, we can’t process your personal data without your given consent.
