Company Description Multinational Company Role Description This is a contract-based, on-site role located in The Randstad, Netherlands. The IT Desktop Support Specialist will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and manage network and system-related queries. The role includes setting up workstations, ensuring network security, maintaining system updates, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external users. You will collaborate with the IT team to maintain operational efficiency and contribute to a seamless user experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security.Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and hands-on experience with Troubleshooting.Excellent Customer Service skills to provide effective and professional support.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are advantageous.Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar is a plus.
