We are committed to leveraging technology to enhance operational excellence, create sustainable markets, and foster employment opportunities, all whilst actively engaging in initiatives that uplift communities and protect the environment to build a brighter future for all.Unlock your potential as an Intern/ Executive - Sales Support/Administration.Job Role:Oversee sales admin team to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfilmentCoordinate stock availability with manufacturing/planning teams and monitor inventory levels.Manage return processes, credit control, billing, collections, and order documentationEnsure Sales Force Automation (SFA), CRM, or ERP systems are updated and function efficientlyPrepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators to managementAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues; provide insights for continuous improvementMonitor and analyze returns, stock-outs, delivery issues, and other operational bottlenecks.Identify and implement improvements in sales administration processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiencyMaintain and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.Liaise with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and legal teams to align operations and resolve issuesSupport CRM and customer experience initiatives in partnership with marketing and sales leaders.Participate in the development of team members, address performance and training needs.Liaise with distributors in managing their operational and finance requirements (Preparation of bank guarantee letters, managing distributor communications, credit extensions etc.)Coordinating with the finance team to process sales team expenses, incentives and other benefitsAd hoc report preparation.Any other projects or tasks as requested by the Management.Candidate Requirements:Anyone passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.Completed Bachelor's Degree or a final year, final semester undergraduate.Professional qualification from SLIM/CIM, higher national diploma from a recognized/ related institution are preferred.Prior internships, 2 year's experience in sales operations, admin support, or related functions orRelated 5 years relevant experience and a Higher National Diploma.Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.Analytical mindset and data interpretation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office & MS 365.Convincing and negotiation skillsExcellent coordination, negotiation and organizational skills.Should be willing to work from Kelaniya.Embody our Values: Customer Centric, Accountable, Respect, Green, Innovative, Love, Lead & Serve the Nation.
