Sales Ambassador

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalized consultations and product guidance across Fashion & Luxury, Liquor, Fragrance & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewelry, Food & Confectionery, and Electronics.Drive aided sales using expert product knowledge, implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies to meet customer needs.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction reflects brand values and enhances the customer experience.Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation meet premium retail standards.Maintain stock levels, organize displays, and uphold store cleanliness and operational standards.Key RequirementsG.C.E.
