This role involves forecasting demand, placing orders, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining inventory levels that meet both production and customer needs. Inventory ForecastingEvaluate historical data, market trends, and sales projections to predict future material and product requirements.Partner with sales and production teams to refine forecasts as needed.2. Stock ManagementTrack inventory levels to ensure optimal stock, avoiding both shortages and overstocking.Apply control measures to minimize waste and reduce unnecessary costs.3. Order ProcessingPrepare purchase requests based on inventory needs and production schedules.Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.4. Cost ManagementMonitor procurement expenses and implement measures to maintain budget compliance.5. Logistics ManagementCollaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely delivery and receipt of materials.Troubleshoot and resolve shipping, delivery, or product damage issues.6. Analytics & ReportingAnalyze procurement and inventory metrics, such as order accuracy, supplier performance, and turnover rates.Generate regular reports to provide management with insights into procurement operations.7. Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, finance, and sales, to align purchasing activities with overall business goals.What we're looking forOpen to candidates with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industry.Familiarity with supply chain management systems, including SAP or equivalent ERP/MRP software.Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Comfortable working on the night shift schedule.Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale industries.Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping coordination.Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).Understanding of supply and demand planning principles and inventory optimization techniques.Exposure to forecasting tools or inventory replenishment models.Strong collaboration skills in working with cross-functional and global teams.Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (5pm - 2am)Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor of Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
