Implement call center strategies and ensure KPI achievement for both Enshored and client targets. Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews to drive engagement and growth. Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, and IT teams to support operational needs. Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and service delivery standards. QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred. 2–5 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO environment. GDS experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and customer service orientation.
