Job Title: IT Sourcer – Talent Acquisition (Consultant)Location: Bangalore Experience: 2–4 yearsEmployment Type: ConsultantAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven IT Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to support enabling-services hiring as needed. This role requires a proactive talent hunter who can build strong pipelines for niche and high-volume tech roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify top talent for a wide range of technology roles using advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping, networking, referrals, etc.).Support enabling services hiring (non-tech roles) based on business needs.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.Partner closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sourcing best practices.Manage candidate engagement, communication, and follow-up to ensure a strong candidate experience.Required Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in IT sourcing or technical recruitment.Proven expertise in tech sourcing, including ability to source for niche skill sets.Experience supporting enabling services or non-tech hiring is a plus.Strong command of Boolean search techniques and familiarity with multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight turnaround times.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Work ModelHybrid Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a dynamic TA team and contribute to strategic hiring.Exposure to diverse technology and business roles.Collaborative work culture with room for growth and learning.
