You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure we bring in people who raise the bar for skills, culture, and performance.This role reports to the Director - People & Culture and will work closely with functional heads and hiring managers across GreyLabs AI.Key ResponsibilitiesHiring Strategy & PlanningPartner with business and functional heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.Translate workforce plans into actionable sourcing and hiring strategies.Prioritise requisitions based on business impact (P0, P1, P2 framework).Sourcing & Pipeline BuildingBuild talent pipelines using multiple channels - LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, talent communities, and direct sourcing.Create and maintain a bench of ready-to-hire candidates for critical roles.Recruitment OperationsOwn end-to-end hiring - from JD creation and sourcing to offer closure and pre-onboarding.Ensure consistent, fast, and high-quality candidate experiences.Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and present insights to leadership.Employer Branding & Candidate EngagementCollaborate with marketing to build GreyLabs AI’s employer brand on social platforms and in relevant communities.Organise recruitment campaigns, tech talks, and other initiatives to engage passive talent.Compliance & Process ExcellenceEnsure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labour laws.Maintain accurate hiring documentation for audit and compliance readiness.What You BringExperience: 3 - 7 years in end-to-end hiring, preferably in startups or fast-scalingtech companies.Skills: Strong sourcing skills, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.Tools: Hands-on with ATS platformsMindset: High ownership, problem-solving orientation, ability to work in anambiguous and fast-changing environment.Why Join GreyLabs AI?Work directly with a leadership team that values talent as a competitive advantage.Be part of building a high-growth AI startup from the ground up.Competitive compensationOpportunity to learn, experiment, and make a measurable business impact.Pro Tip for Applicants: We’re not looking for just a recruiter.
