This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of the business by managing key customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships positively and effectively to achieve optimal outcomes. This role includes sourcing new opportunities and information to enhance our sales.Key Responsibilities:Drive departmental growth and meet annual sales objectives.Oversee product gross margins to align with set goals.Discover and secure new business opportunities and adopt innovative practices.Develop, implement, and oversee budgets as planned.Enhance product technical knowledge on a quarterly basis.Administer customer credit to reduce risk.Comprehend and fulfil the requirements of both internal and external customers.Collaborate efficiently with internal and external service providers.Maintain company values and brand integrity in all engagements.The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver work within their area of expertise while proactively seeking feedback to ensure continuous improvement. They should display professional discipline and be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
