We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Key Account Manager to help grow our nudie portfolio across Australia’s Independent Grocery and Petrol & Convenience channels.This is a fantastic launchpad for recent graduates, early-career sales professionals, or sales reps looking to step up into account management. If you bring a positive attitude, strong relationship skills, and a hunger to learn, we’ll give you the support, guidance, and real-world experience to build a long-term career in FMCG. Previous key account experience is a plus—but not essential.This role is all about building strong partnerships with banner groups, wholesalers, and independent retailers to drive mutual growth and flawless execution. You’ll be the internal champion for the channel, working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable results and shape future strategy.Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key independent banner groups and wholesalers. Identify growth opportunities using insights and data, helping shape channel strategies. Partner with third-party merchandising teams to ensure strong in-store execution. Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers. Manage promotional budgets and sales forecasting to support supply planning. Skills and Experiences:To Succeed With Us:1-2 years in FMCG sales, account support, or customer facing role (or relevant graduate experience). Strong interest in the Independent Grocery or Petrol & Convenience landscape. Experience with JBPs and delivering against sales targets. Excellence interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using category and sales data (e.g. Nielsen). Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field (highly regarded). Willingness to travel interstate as required.
