MEP Site Electrical Engineer

Position: MEP Site Electrical Engineer Location: Sirt /Libya For site electrical engineer , experience in Extra Low Voltage systems ( ELV systems) and audiovisual systemJob Summary: We are seeking a qualified MEP Site Electrical Engineer to manage electrical installations on-site for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work adheres to project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: Site Management • Oversee on-site electrical installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of electrical work. Collaboration • Work closely with mechanical engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination of electrical systems. • Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on electrical installations. Technical Guidance • Provide technical support and guidance to site teams regarding electrical systems and installations. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain thorough documentation of all electrical work, including daily logs, inspection reports, and material usage. • Prepare progress reports and highlight any deviations from the project schedule. Quality Control • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. • Conduct final testing and inspections of electrical systems before project completion. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering for electrical systems in the MEP industry. • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards is required. Skills: • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in electrical design and analysis software. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
