Offshore Company Representative (Libya)

RINA is seeking for Offshore Company Representatives to join an ongoing project in Libya.Expected project's duration: 6 monthsActivities are going to start in November/December 2025Rotation 28/28Main responsibilities: Acts as the primary liaison between offshore operations and onshore management. Oversees daily activities on offshore sites, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, coordinates logistics and workforce, and maintains effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Supports operational efficiency and represents company interests in all offshore matters. Qualifications:Proven experience in offshore oil & gas operations (minimum 10 years preferred).Strong knowledge of offshore safety protocols and regulatory frameworks.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in remote and high-pressure environments.Certifications Required: BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)OGUK Medical Certificate or equivalentAdditional HSE or supervisory certifications are a plus.
