Fixed-term, rotational contract (6/2, 6/2, 6/3)Language requirements: Fluent in EnglishAt Eni, we are looking for a Security Operations Manager within Eni North Africa B.V. in Libya. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing security operations in Libya, ensuring the protection of personnel, assets and business activities in compliance with corporate security policies and procedures. You will support the Security Division Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring alignment with business continuity and risk mitigation plans, while maintaining a deep understanding of the local context.Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure the effective implementation of the company's security risk management plans and procedures across all operational sites in Libya.Coordinate and monitor the activities of contracted security personnel and local security teams.Coordinate and oversee daily JMP and POB activities, including but not limited to those in field areas.Support risk assessments, threat analysis and the development of mitigation measures tailored to operational areas.Ensure 24/7 operational readiness of all security-related systems and response mechanisms.Liaise with local authorities and security providers to maintain situational awareness and ensure timely information sharing.Provide operational input to the Security Division Manager for the development of contingency and crisis response plans.Participate in security incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and documentation.Conduct regular audits, inspections and drills in coordination with HSE and emergency response teams.Maintain updated security logs, reports and KPIs for periodic internal and external reporting.Ensure that security operations support business activities without disruption and in line with company values and ethics.Develop and deliver security awareness programs, including workshops for employees and contractors.Supervise the implementation and use of security technology systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, tracking devices, communications).Support the preparation and coordination of security requirements for VIP visits, official delegations and expatriate missions.Maintain close coordination with other corporate functions (HR, HSE, Operations, Procurement) to integrate security into business processes.Skills And Experience RequiredProven experience in security management, preferably in high-risk environments, along with knowledge of security regulations and procedures.Degree or diploma in Security Management, Risk Management, International Relations (ISMI or ASIS), and/or a background in law enforcement in a similar role for at least ten years.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration with colleagues, contractors and local stakeholders.
