Business Development ManagerAbout UsOtipharm Alliance Europe is a brokerage company focused on finding the fastest and most efficient pathways to sign supply contracts for pharmaceutical and medical products across the CEE and MENA regions.We partner with marketing authorization holders and distribution companies, helping them build and strengthen their product pipelines by sourcing medicines and medical devices aligned with their wish lists.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in pharmaceuticals, licensing, and international supply negotiations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and skilled in navigating complex multi-party agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate manufacturers’ pricing and conduct competitive price analysis.Define and negotiate supply conditions for medical and pharmaceutical products (minimum order quantities, pricing).Maintain close communication with manufacturers and marketing companies.Coordinate and approve product specifications (pharmaceuticals and medical devices).Lead and execute three-party contract negotiations and finalization.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.English level C1 (both written and spoken).Proven experience in in-licensing and out-licensing.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.What We OfferOffice location options: Warsaw or Kyiv.Work with clients and manufacturers across CEE & MENA markets.Opportunity to shape and influence high-value licensing and supply deals.Dynamic international environment and direct impact on company growth.How to ApplySend your CV and short motivation note to: 📧 l.torhun@otipharm.com 📞 +48 506 535 783
