Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, for an Organizational Development Specialist. The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness, designing and implementing performance management strategies, and fostering employee engagement. Daily tasks include conducting organizational assessments, partnering with leadership to align employee development programs with business goals, and facilitating training initiatives to improve workplace dynamics and productivity. Qualifications Strong skills in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Performance Management.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proficiency in Analytical Skills for assessing organizational processes and designing targeted interventions.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry is a plus.
