As a Project Engr I here at Honeywell, you will monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your expertise in identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery will contribute to successful project outcomes and minimize potential disruptions. Your coordination and communication with stakeholders will foster collaboration and ensure effective project coordination. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the installation and integration of complex building infrastructure projectsCollaborate with end user customers to understand their specific challenges and requirementsProvide technical support and guidance to ensure successful project deliveryAssist in the implementation of energy improvement projects and smart city solutionsConduct project documentation and reportingResponsibilitiesKey Experience & Capabilities:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Diploma in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic understanding of project management principles.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).Proactive approach to problem-solving and eagerness to learn.Prior experience or coursework related to automation, HVAC, or industrial processes.Who We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
