In this role, you will design and develop software tools that enable hearing care professionals to diagnose, repair, and manage hearing aids efficiently. Working closely with engineers, audiologists, and product managers, you will create reliable and intuitive applications that support device testing, calibration, and service workflows that ultimately improves the hearing experience for users worldwide.What you will doDesign, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions to support hearing aid diagnostics, repair, and device managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, audiologists, and product managers to deliver robust and user-friendly applicationsApply software development best practices using technologies such as C#, WPF/WCF, .NET Core, RabbitMQ, gRPC, and AzureConduct research and proof-of-concepts to improve development processes, product quality, and performanceDiagnose and resolve software issues, ensuring smooth operation and optimal system uptimeContribute to the continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and workflows across the R&D function.What you bringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of C#, object-oriented design, and modern development frameworks and patterns (OOP, OOAD, CQRS)Understanding of front-end and back-end development, web technologies, and DevOps principlesFamiliarity with design patterns, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new technologiesCollaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced R&D environment.Who we areAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.Sounds wonderful?
