As an Administrative Assistant for our QA Department, you will have the opportunity to support the day-to-day operations, including assisting with contract reviews and supporting event coordination. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative and Clerical SupportMaintain orderly records and ensure timely archiving of documentsRecord, organize, and distribute meeting agendas and minutesUpload and maintain regulatory documents through official portals (ESBK)Prepare, proofread and finalize specific reports with accuracy and attention to detailProofread work instructions, reports, and other documentationOffice and Operations ManagementMonitor and maintain the functionality of office equipment (printers, shredders, CD burners, etc.)Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking as neededSupport department organization through regular storage cleanup and upkeepPerforms regular sanity checks on internal processes and quality control (on hold projects, missing QFIs, weekly shipment of documents to the regulators)Logistics and CoordinationCoordinate and prepare weekly UPS shipment of reportsArrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations Plan and assist with team building activities and internal eventsOther Duties And SupportAssist with ad hoc administrative or operational support as needed to ensure smooth daily office functionsRequired Education, Experience, And SkillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalency is required A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferred Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision Must have the ability to handle confidential information Must have a high comfort level interacting with executives, clients and/or customers Fluent in English (Dutch language is a plus), verbal and written i.e. must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness Must be able to work outside of regular business hours, as needed We Offer Excellent Paid Benefits That Include25 holidays per year, excluding bank holidaysPension PlanCommute travel allowance, covering 100% of public transportation, €0,23ct by car and €0,10ct by bikeAnnual Discretionary Bonus€25, - monthly health insurance contribution€15, - monthly wellbeing contributionWork from home allowanceQuarterly company eventsQuarterly team lunchesDiscretionary Annual Salary ReviewsOpportunity to work in a diverse workplace with 48 different nationalitiesFresh fruit at the officeWeekly Friday Social HourGaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a gaming services company.
