Recovery Officer

Position: Recovery OfficerKey Responsibilities Recovery ManagementConduct follow-ups on overdue accounts through phone, email, and field visits as required.Negotiate repayment terms and establish structured repayment plans.Resolve disputes related to overdue payments promptly and professionally.Review and prioritize assigned recovery cases based on urgency and impact.Maintain accurate and updated records of all recovery actions and progress. Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including recovery teams, legal teams, finance, and external recovery agents.Support escalated cases with detailed documentation and effective communication. Continuous Process ImprovementIdentify challenges or inefficiencies in recovery processes, such as communication gaps or delays.Present observations and improvement suggestions to the Recovery Head.Collect and communicate client feedback to help refine recovery strategies. ReportingPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports within established deadlines.Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, recovered amounts, outstanding balances, and all activities performed.Job SpecificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
