Ltd., a subsidiary of the MAW Group, is dedicated to bringing high-quality musical instruments and audio solutions to the Nepali market.Job DescriptionEstablish new dealers and expand market coverage.Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers through regular visits and follow-ups (in person and by phone).Visit dealers frequently to ensure proper product visibility, availability, and engagement.Negotiate and agree on sales terms, pricing, contracts, and payments.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Forecast stock requirements and communicate needs to the manager and management.Promote new products and execute special deals as required.Implement marketing strategies as per the company's plan.Report market conditions, sales trends, and competitor activities.Ensure timely payment collection from dealers.Job SpecificationsBachelor’s Degree (minimum).Sales experience in FMCG or a related field (preferred).Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike/scooter.
