This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.ResponsibilitiesLead Fuse's delivery of large-scale solar PV and renewable infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget execution to the highest quality standardsOversee all pre-construction and construction activities in compliance with CDM and UK Health & Safety regulationsManage projects end-to-end, from design and procurement through commissioning and handoverBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, DNOs and local authorities while coordinating internal teams across engineering, procurement and constructionLead technical problem solving on siteDevelop and track budgets, schedules and risksSupport tendering and procurement, streamline internal processes and conduct site visits to verify progress and complianceRequirementsProven track record delivering utility-scale solar PV (5 MW+) projectsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)Strong technical understanding across civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines SMSTS and CSCS certifications desiredExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsDeep knowledge of CDM Regulations HSE compliance and construction best practicesCommercially sharp, analytical and structured in deliveryWillingness to travel to project sites across the UK where requiredBenefitsCompetitive salaryBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsDeliveroo breakfast and dinner for office-based employees
