You work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key part in maintaining high analytical standardsYour Main Responsibilities IncludePerforming manufacturing and quality control testing of semi-finished and finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485)Conducting analytical release of QC resultsApplying your expertise in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) within QC workflowsEnsuring that all analyses meet project-specific parametersPerforming first- and second-level troubleshooting in case of QC deviations, including communication and discussion at expert level across departmentsReviewing QC results and communicating non-conformities to the Team Lead, Head of Production, and Quality AssuranceCommunicating QC discrepancies transparently within the production teamImplementing QC procedures for new products and kits transferred from R&D departmentsOrganizing and executing device calibrations and functional testsTraining new employees and sharing best practicesCreating and maintaining work instructions and other QM documents in accordance with ISO 13485Documenting production orders in SAPMaintaining hygiene standards and preventing contamination in the laboratoryIndependently planning and organizing laboratory workProfilQualificationsYou are a great fit for this role if you bring strong laboratory expertise, a passion for quality, and a reliable, detail-oriented working style.
