Locations are either New Plymouth, Auckland or WellingtonFixed term, Full time 12 months About the CompanyAt TSB, you’ll be part of a profit for purpose organisation, that empowers and enables you to be your best and make a positive difference for the people you work with, and the communities you are part of.About the RoleIn your role as Regulatory Compliance and Controls Manager, you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of regulatory compliance change and controls for the Operational Business units. The role will range from understanding current state and designing future state risk and control management frameworks and assisting with the development of initiatives that push the boundaries of where our business can go.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement effective regulatory compliance and control management processes and solutions to adhere to Banks Regulatory obligations.Drive a consistent approach in implementing Regulatory change across the business.Assess and diagnose processes and controls to identify compliance risk and gaps.Uplift Regulatory Compliance and Control Management capability across the Bank. QualificationsMinimum 7 years’ experience delivering large scale regulatory change programs and initiatives.7+ years’ experience in financial services or Banking.Capable in Target Operating Model design and implementation. Required SkillsPassionate about innovation and best practice.Strong process modelling skills.Lean and 6 Sigma experience.Extensive experience in Risk and Compliance Governance framework assessment, risk identification, control development and management.Critical thinker with attention to detail while maintaining a holistic perspective. Preferred SkillsExperience in leading and guiding the successful implementation of Regulatory Compliance and Control Management initiatives into the business.
