We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Technical Lead — someone who can lead the entire IT operation, act as the bridge between management and the technical team, and serve as the strategic driver, mentor, and planner for all tech initiatives.This is not an ordinary technical position — it’s a leadership role that requires both hands-on expertise and strategic oversight across cloud, software, and mobile platforms.Solution Stack – Microsoft Azure | App Services | Function Apps | API Management | .NET Core | SQL | Cosmos DB | Azure B2C | Azure DevOps | React | AI IntegrationsKey Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the entire IT operation, ensuring smooth alignment between business goals and technology strategy.Mentor and guide the technical team across cloud, software, and mobile development domains.Design, develop, and implement robust solutions using .NET Core, C#, and Azure technologies.Plan and manage mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.Architect scalable cloud-based systems and microservices using Azure services and design patterns.Supervise front-end development with React, integrated within .NET applications.Build and manage CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps to automate deployments.Serve as the strategic link between the management team and IT department, translating business goals into technical action plans.Drive innovation through AI-driven initiatives and automation within Azure and .NET ecosystems.Promote a strong culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning across the IT team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.8+ years of professional experience in software development and IT operations.Proven experience leading technical teams and managing full-scale IT functions in .NET and Azure environments.Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and microservices architecture.Practical experience in mobile app development — both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) — and integrating mobile with backend systems.In-depth understanding of Azure cloud technologies, infrastructure, and performance optimization.Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.Experience working directly with senior management and aligning tech solutions with business goals.Familiarity with AI integrations in .NET and Azure environments will be an advantage.Additional Information:A leadership role with strategic influence over IT direction and innovation.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects utilizing .NET, Azure, and AI technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.The role involves a full-time, two-year commitment as an independent contractor.If you’re ready to lead innovation and shape the future of fintech technology at the intersection of .NET, Azure, and AI, we’d love to connect with you.
