The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. the Talent Acquisition Supervisor will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.QualificationsExperience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and RecruitingSkills in Hiring and InterviewingStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databasesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
