Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for a Trainee Student Counsellor. The Trainee Student Counsellor will assist prospective and current students by providing guidance in academic and career planning, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey. The role involves engaging with students, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals. The trainee will also participate in student engagement initiatives and other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling are essential to guide and support students in their academic and career development.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and address their needs with empathy and professionalism.Knowledge or background in Education to provide relevant and informed guidance to students.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and as part of a team.A positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities is highly preferred.A degree or diploma in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
