As a Training Coordinator in Pickering, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Training Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:Supporting training team by scheduling dates for all training activitiesSetting up facilities and materials required for trainingCoordinating and notifying participants/instructors of travel arrangementsProviding computer support for training activitiesPerforming data entry of all training and qualificationsProviding training reports to supervisors and tracking all qualifications in the customer system to ensure complianceAssisting with training auditsAssisting with other general clerical duties as directedPlaying an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and complying with all applicable safety and health rulesThis position requires occasional travel.
