The Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management. Key tasks include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and analyzing financial data. The role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business processes and decision-making.QualificationsProficiency in financial operations, such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and cash flow management.CA / CA Equivalent Qualified (Chartered Accountant or similar professional certification) 5–12 years of relevant experience in accounting, trade documentation, and commercial finance Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Tally, SAP, or any ERP) Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading setup will be an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills for building client and vendor relationships.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
