Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales and Marketing professionals based in Colombo, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The role involves actively engaging with customers, promoting company products and services, driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service support, conducting sales training, and implementing sales management strategies to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to address client needs effectivelyProficiency in Sales and Sales Management for client acquisition, relationship building, and meeting targetsExperience in conducting Training sessions to support team development and knowledge sharingAnalytical skills and the ability to develop strategic marketing plansBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid setupFamiliarity with digital tools and CRM software is an advantagePrior experience in the technology or service industries is a plus
