Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Colombo for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s logistics services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new clients, preparing and presenting proposals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks involve coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and NegotiationKnowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions, and International TradeStrong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skillsAbility to meet targets, problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic market conditionsProficiency in using CRM tools and relevant computer applicationsExperience in the logistics or shipping industry is an advantageDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related fieldFluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
