Sales Account Manager Inforesight Consumer Products Inc. (ICP) is a leader in radiant heating and control technology. We are growing and looking for a bright, motivated, and energetic individual to join us in our mission to deliver world class, technical heating solutions under our Solaira° (www.solairaheaters.com) and Aura (www.auraheaters.com) Brands. We are seeking an Account Manager for distributed, who will drive revenue growth and client satisfaction in the retail market, overseeing both e-commerce, brick-and-mortar retail/distribution and OEM channels. This role focuses on building and managing key retail accounts, while growing strong relationships with their sales teams, residential and contractor clients, ensuring sustained revenue and account expansion across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.Key Responsibilities Account Management:Develop and nurture long-term relationships with retail, e-commerce platforms and OEM accounts.Manage sales and margin account portfolios, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.Collaborate with distribution partners to optimize product availability and performance in brick-and-mortar retail settings.Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product offerings within existing accounts.Monitor market trends and client feedback to tailor solutions that meet residential customer needs.Track account performance metrics and report on sales outcomes to leadership.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address customer requirements.Create Product Training resources for the retail market including Sales Aides & ToolsPrepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or electrical/mechanical engineeringAssociate degree with equivalent experience Experience:Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in distribution, retail or e-commerce ideally 5+ yearsStrong understanding of residential sales dynamics and retail distribution channelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to drive sales as well as analyze data and market trends to drive strategic account growth.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and brick-and-mortar retail operations.Experience working with home builders, designers, contractors and/or electricians is an assetSkills:Strong technical knowledge of Strategy sales planning and organizational structureExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Leadership and team development skills.Ability to inspire and motivate team members. What we offer: Team, growth environmentCompetitive pay and bonusBenefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&DContinuing education supportHybrid role with 3 - 4 days in office3 Weeks paid vacation. Contact: We thank all applicants in advance; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
