This iconic, female-founded and female-led label is built on sustainability, thoughtful craftsmanship and longevity.As the business continues its rapid international expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced, creative and analytical Senior Buyer to join their growing team.About the Role:Identify current and emerging trends which shape and influence product development .Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to create and deliver commercially viable and on trend product offerings Apply effective planning and assorting to maximise sales and gross profit marginsQuantify and place purchase orders Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliersDeliver balanced assortment to different grading of stores, ecomm and wholesale partnersProvide leadership to employees and to peers and foster an open environment of continual training and developmentKPI’s:Achieve Sales growth targets for product lines/categories Achieve GP margin growth targets for product lines/categories Product selection is on brand, on trend and in accordance with brand elevation strategyAbout You:5 years experience in a Buying role, focusing on premium womenswearInternational buying experience across wholesale, retail and ecommHave the ability to travel 3-4 times per year Strong analytical skills and commercially mindedExcellent leadership and communication skillsWhy Brisbane?With the Olympics being hosted in Brisbane in 2032, there is currently a vast amount of development and investment across the city1 hour from the Gold and Sunshine CoastsExceptional schools and excellent transport links, as well as a strong housing markethttps://visit.brisbane.qld.au/places-to-go/inner-city/the-cityThe Package:Full support to be provided for the successful candidate, to relocate from the UK to AUS (logistics, temporary housing, assistance with schooling system)Full sponsorship/Visa’s to be provided by the brand$140,000 – $160,000 AUD (£69,000 – £78,000)
