Senior EstimatorMetro NYC, NYFinder's Fee Available(Each candidate's privacy and confidentiality will be respected)SummaryResponsible for ensuring the profitability of projects and driving to meet the project schedule on deliverables while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.Requirements A minimum of 12-15 years estimating experience in the curtainwall industry Must have a background with Unitized curtainwall and stick built assemblies – preferably for high rise projects; greater than 30 storiesOrnamental metal and glass for storefronts and podiums as well Must be able to do area take offs illicit pricing from multiple vendors, review project specifications and schedules Technology – Blue beam, Adobe PDF and must be proficient at MS Excel Attend scope review meetings and job walks (if necessary) in person.
