Help shape a full insurance platform rebuild from the ground up. Join a fast-moving transformation on a 12mo FTC with potential for extension, replacing core underwriting and claims systems while consolidating multiple business units onto a single platform. This role offers broad business exposure, direct vendor interaction across global time zones, and the chance to help mature an internal project capability as it scales. Who you will be working with: You will join a large insurer undergoing a significant modernisation of its technology landscape. They are implementing a new underwriting/policy/claims platform; with a small but growing project team, you will work closely with an existing project team and a Program Manager building structure and governance.  Benefits to the successful applicant: • High-impact role in a multi-year transformation program • Broad exposure across multiple business units and product lines • Option for long-term opportunity after the initial contract • Direct access to offshore platform partners and SMEs • Fast-paced environment without heavy PMO layers • Influence the design and rollout of a core insurance platform Duties and responsibilities include: • Gather, analyse and document business requirements across underwriting, policy and claims teams • Map end-to-end product and claims journeys as new components are implemented • Engage SMEs and operational stakeholders to validate processes and identify gaps • Work closely with platform vendors across time zones to refine configuration needs • Support change impacts including communications and process updates • Assist the Program Manager with governance, risk identification and delivery tracking We are looking for someone with: • (mandatory) Strong business-facing BA experience within insurance • (mandatory) Exposure to insurance processes, especially underwriting, policy administration and claims • Experience working on platform builds or system implementations in insurance (ie Guidewire, Duck Creek and Sapiens)  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and operate at pace • Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders If you are interested in this new opportunity, please apply directly.
