Business Application Manager and IT Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a skilled Business Application Manager and IT Co-Ordinator to join our ANZ Wholesale team on a maternity leave contract, based at our Brookvale Head Office (commencing in mid January 2026). Reporting to the Commercial Director – ANZ, you’ll play a key role in supporting core systems, ensuring operations run efficiently across Fossil Group Australia.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys working with systems and stakeholders, and wants exposure to a well-known global brand in a collaborative environment.What you’ll be doing:Own and escalate system issues where requiredSupport daily operations through effective management of IT vendorsCoordinate office IT setup and liaise with outsourced support teamsAct as the link between Regional IT and the local businessFacilitate training and system onboarding for staffManage business processes and identify improvements to system useAct as a key user for ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics NavisionWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 3 years’ experience in business application management, preferably in a wholesale and/or ecommerce environmentERP experience (Navision highly regarded)Experience with SaaS vendors and software integrationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and analytical thinkingAdvanced Excel skillsWhy join Fossil?Work with a global lifestyle brandGain exposure to international systems and projectsJoin a friendly and collaborative team environmentMake an impact in a meaningful contract role!
