This hands-on role provides up to 2 nd level support across all offices, with a particular focus on our Perth location. You’ll deliver both onsite and remote assistance, ensuring staff can work efficiently and seamlessly.T his role blends technical troubleshooting, user engagement, and process improvement in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.T He Key Responsibilities For This Role Are p roviding onsite and remote IT support to staff across all offices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues; acting as a key point of contact for helpdesk queries, resolving issues efficiently or escalating when required; o nboarding new users and managing user accounts; d eploying, maintaining, and supporting laptops, multi-function printers and mobile devices; managing and troubleshooting application issues including iManage and Microsoft Office 365; assisting with the setup and support of video conferences and AV equipment across offices; s upporting the maintenance and deployment of the firm’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE); maintaining accurate documentation and assisting in the upkeep of the firm’s intranet and IT asset register; and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive improvements in IT service delivery.
