We are seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to drive transformation, optimize processes, and elevate business performance across all divisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Operational Excellence function, focusing on continuous improvement and process transformation.Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce process re-engineering initiatives.Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to achieve performance excellence.Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align operations with business goals.Monitor key operational KPIs, implement performance dashboards, and report insights to senior leadership.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.Lead and mentor the operational excellence team to ensure capability building and best-practice adoption.Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management (Master’s preferred).10+ years’ experience in FMCG or manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven expertise in process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma implementation, and change management.Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strategic thinker with hands-on operational experience.Why Join Us:Opportunity to lead transformation in a top FMCG brand.Attractive salary package of LKR 1.2 million per month + benefits.A dynamic and innovation-driven work environment.
