Our operations span over 65 offices in 11countries throughout South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa.At KC Overseas Education, we are committed to leveraging technology and expertiseto enhance the international education experience, continuously evolving to meet thedynamic needs of our global partners and students.Job Overview:The Regional Officer/Manager will serve as a vital link between branches, franchisees,channel partners, and the Headquarters, ensuring that student needs are met withconsistent quality that upholds the reputation of KC Overseas. The key responsibilities of theRegional Manager include:Key Responsibilities:1. Field Office Management and Student Conversions:o Oversee the entire process from student walk-ins to conversions across allfield offices (branches, franchisees, channel partners) within the assignedregion.o Achieve specific student conversion targets for the region.o Fully comprehend the business model and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) required from each field office.o Travel extensively across the assigned country, targeting major cities andtowns to generate student business from Channel Partners.o Establish new channel partnerships in the allocated region.o Collaborate with Head Office and HR to effectively organize the region,identifying specific support needs from HO.o Understand and align the expectations and challenges of both the BusinessUnits (specialized in specific countries) and field offices, and set up anoperational framework in consultation with HO.2. Process Efficiency:o Conduct regular reviews of field offices to identify and resolve bottlenecks,ensuring that service quality and speed are maintained.o Ensure that student-facing staff in the field are well-trained in relevantknowledge and SOPs.3. Coordination with Business Units:o Collaborate with Business Units at HO to ensure field offices receiveadequate support.o Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each Business Unit to ensurefield offices are equipped with the knowledge necessary to effectively servetheir target students.4. Regional Marketing Activity:o Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in coordination with the Headof Marketing at HO.o Provide ground-level support for marketing activities in each region and assistin tailoring marketing strategies to meet the region's specific needs.Position Linkages:The Regional Officer/Manager will work closely with: Field Offices: Serving as the operational head of the region/country. Business Units: Ensuring better alignment between field offices and Business Unitsto enhance the student experience. Marketing: Collaborating on the planning and execution of regional marketingactivities. Operations in HO: Coordinating all backend processes, including visas. Senior Leadership: Providing updates on regional performance and receivingstrategic guidance.Position Challenges: Requires a highly energetic individual capable of balancing the demands of HO andfield offices. Significant travel is required to ensure smooth operations across field offices.Career Prospects: This sales-focused role involves independently managing a region, preparing theincumbent for a future independent P&L role. The position offers exposure to the broad field of overseas education and theopportunity to interact with professionals representing leading internationaluniversities, providing a rich learning experience.Requirements- High energy professional preferably with experience in dealing in overseas educationor an allied field. Desired total experience would be about 5-7 years. Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of people. Ability to learn domain knowledge. Proven people management ability to deal with field staff Good communication skills Eye for details and patience to monitor and manage operations. Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the Overseas Education industry is a must
