Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Kandy for a Landscaper. The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, including gardening, irrigation system upkeep, and executing landscape designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the health and appearance of plants, managing soil quality, and keeping landscapes clean and well-organized. Collaboration with the design and operations teams to implement creative landscaping projects will also be part of the role.QualificationsSkills in Landscape Maintenance and GardeningExperience with Irrigation SystemsKnowledge of Landscape Design and its implementationProficiency in general Landscaping practicesPhysical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAttention to detail and a creative approach to landscaping challengesAbility to collaborate effectively with teams and follow safety guidelinesPrior work experience in landscaping or agriculture is a plus
